Foreign friends who don't use QQ can contact the referee by leaving messages and chatting in the forum like smogon.

请选手在比赛后自行保存replay并发给对应半区的裁判，replay是判断比赛胜负的重要依据，选手有义务保存replay交给赛方，在无法提交replay的情况下赛方有权宣判比赛无效。
Players are required to save replays after the competition and send them to the referees of the corresponding half area. Replays are an important basis for judging the outcome of the competition. Players have the obligation to save replays and give them to the players. In case of failure to submit replays, the players have the right to declare the competition invalid.
建议在比赛开始时使用"/modchat player" ，围观人员尊重比赛，"观棋不语"
We recommend you to use "modchat #" at the beginning of the game. Spectators should respect players and should not say anything unnecessary during the game.
允许使用"/hideroom"让回放不被搜索到(方便Smogon比赛时不给他国对手信息), 但是必须保存回放链接交给裁判留存，没有保存录像的比赛结果一律无效。
You can use "/hidereplay" to protect your replays. However, you should save the replay link and make it available to your team leader. We may ask for a rematch if the replay is not saved.

比赛对阵公布后请尽快与您的对手联系，不知道对手QQ时可以通过报名贴进行查询或询问裁判。联系不上对手时可在当轮的比赛贴中进行act post，以作为处理不出现玩家情况时的证据。
Please contact your opponent as soon as possible after the game is announced. If you don't know the opponent QQ, you can inquire or ask the referee through the registration post. If you can't contact your opponent, you can do act post in the game post of the current round as evidence when there is no player situation.
约定时间时请尽量给一个宽松的时间，在条件允许的情况下应倾向于周末或晚间进行比赛。

Please give a relaxed time when you agree on time. If conditions permit, you should prefer to play on weekends or at night.

对于对手是不使用QQ的外国友人的玩家，推荐使用论坛自带的留言功能与对手进行沟通，或寻找认识且使用discord 的人帮忙。
For foreign friends who don't use QQ, it is recommended to use the message function of the forum to communicate with their opponents just like smogon forum, or to find someone who knows and uses discord for help.
